Naeem is also an expert in quantitative asset management deriving his expertise from his long engagement in advisory in factor investing for institutional investors. He has the knack for adopting integrated approaches to process, tools and find the probable solutions in mergers and acquisitions advisory
Prior to his current role, he spent several years with renowned audit organisations consulting and advising the innovators and companies and holds extensive experience working with large multinational clients in a variety of industries.
He believes in having clear foresight, preparedness and strategy to achieve success. A thorough professional with experience in the Audit and Advisory services, business advisory and forensic accounting domain.
Having completed a specialised course in Finance in the field of renewable energy and development, Naeem’s experience reflects expertise in Organizations in a Multilanguage /Multicultural competitive environment, creative leadership and visionary capacities in complex, competitive, and highly regulated construction and Development business. Dr Saeema is a multi-passionate entrepreneur that holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Entrepreneurship specialising in Managing growth and value creation, organisational change and evolution, private equity, venture capital and corporate venture capital, management buy-outs and buy-ins, and business model innovation and Global Executive MBA from INSEAD Institution, France with vast experience of more than 15 years in Corporate Finance, Financial Accounting, International Trade Analysis, Leading International Teams and Organisations, Macroeconomics, Managerial Accounting, Marketing, Pricing, Process and Operations Management, Strategy and Psychology of Leadership. She is also an organizational culture and behaviour expert.
Having worked in the field of Cross-cultural management, Intercultural negotiations, and Multi-cultural Leadership, her work focuses on how organisational complexities navigate in global environments. She also holds membership of the certification for BSc Applied Accounting and ACCA professional qualification from Oxford Brookes University, UK upon graduating with BSc in Accounting and Finance and is also a member of CGMA and CIMA.
